Tandem for Staff
We are moving to a new calendar, Tandem, to manage all facility use requests starting Fall 2026.
Access Your Account
If you had an account in our previous system, FMX, your account has been set up in Tandem. To access your account for the first time,
- Go to our new Facility Calendar
- Click “Forgot Password”
- Check your email for instructions to set your new password.
- Once you’ve set your password, you can log in!
If your email address is not recognized, please contact FacilityScheduling@ckschools.org with your name, email, and the organization you are scheduling for, and we will set you up!
Tandem emails will be sent from “noreply@tandem.co.”
