Student Records & Transcripts

Student Records & Transcripts

  • Former students of Central Kitsap School District grades 9-12 may request a copy of their high school transcript using our web delivery service at the Parchment website. Transcripts currently cost $4.65 and are expected to rise to $5.00 in 2026. Cost increases may occur at any time.

Transcript requests via Parchment are typically fulfiled within one to two business days.

  • Requests for records of students who have withdrawn from our schools are authorized if requested by:

    • A school where the student intends to enroll

    • An eligible student (eligible students are 18 or older, legally emancipated or enrolled in a post-secondary institution at any age)

To request records other than a transcript, complete this form.

All requests must be in writing. Please include the student's full, legal name AND any other name they may have used while attending our schools.

You are welcome to send requests via fax to 360-662-8261, or via email to archives@ckschools.org. Finally, you can mail a request to:

    Student Records Archives Department
    Central Kitsap School District
    PO Box 8
    Silverdale WA 98383-0008

If you have any questions, please email archives@ckschools.org

  • Please email requests for special education records to specialedrecords@ckschools.org.

  • Former students may also request immunization records as printed from our student information system for $7.65 using the Parchment records request platform. Immunization records have very limited availability for all students and are not available for any student who graduated or withdrew before school year 2004-05.

  • If you, or an employer, need verification that you graduated from Central Kitsap School District, submit a request for credentials through Parchment.

If you have any questions, please email archives@ckschools.org.

  • The district does not keep copies of diplomas.

If you DID NOT receive your diploma upon graduation, please complete this form so that we may check our unclaimed diploma depository.

Important Information for Parchment Account Registration

⚠️ Students: when signing up for your Parchment account, use your personal email address instead of your school email, as you will lose access to your school email after graduation. ⚠️

Visit Parchment.com to Request a Transcript

Attention Parents

It is best for students to create their own Parchment account (with their own personal email and password) to avoid account duplication issues in later years. With their own account, they can use Parchment independently beyond the age of 18.

Transcripts are free for currently enrolled students. If the system states you need to pay a fee, please contact the counseling office.

Transcript requests via Parchment are usually fulfilled within one to two business days. If you have an urgent need, please speak to the office staff.

Attention Seniors

As you approach the end of your senior year, your college or university will require your FINAL high school transcript after graduation to complete your enrollment. To request your "Final Transcript," follow these steps:

  1. On the "SELECT DESTINATION" page, choose the college or university you will be attending.
  2. Under "When do you want this sent?", select the "Hold for Grades" option.

Note: If you have already graduated, please select "Send Now" (not "Hold for Grades") to send your final transcript to your college or university.

To obtain or send your SAT, ACT, or AP test scores, please visit the College Board website.
