General Policy

Complete our Broadcast Application.

We allow community organizations to broadcast events.   You must have written application approval to broadcast our events. Allow 4 weeks for processing and approval of your application. Proof of General Liability Insurance is required. We will not alter schedules or locations to meet your broadcasting schedule. We charge fees for some types of broadcasts. In addition to rights fees, authorized broadcasters agree to promote the event 15 or more times before the event at no cost to our district.
