Kindergarten registration for the 2026-27 school year is OPEN! If your child will be 5 by August 31, you can register for free, full-day kindergarten in your neighborhood. Visit our website to learn more and register now!

Semester end report cards are now available through PowerSchool Parent Access! To access your student's report card, log in to PowerSchool and click the "Student Reports" link for a printable report. We recommend accessing PowerSchool from a desktop computer or tablet. Do not use the PowerSchool app when prompted on a smartphone.

Student in grades 7-12 can earn high school credit in a world language by passing district-approved assessments and demonstrating your language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in the language. The spring test date is April 1; students must register by March 11. Learn more and register now!

The next community listening session with our school board is scheduled for Monday, February 23, 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Silverdale Center (3650 NW Anderson Hill Rd., Silverdale) in the Rainier Conference Room (2nd floor).
These listening sessions are casual, drop-in opportunities for families and community members to connect and share your thoughts.

All parents and community members interested in learning more about our Montessori program are invited to attend Parent Information Night on Tuesday, February 24, 5:30-6:30 p.m. at John D. "Bud" Hawk Elementary at Jackson Park.
The night will include information about Montessori philosophy, curriculum, prepared learning environment, and guidelines for parent involvement. Attendance to this event is a primary step in the application process. Applications for program entrance this fall will be available following the meeting and are due March 13.

All CK-area students from 3rd through 12th grade are welcome in the All-Youth Summer Musical! This year's show is Disney's The Little Mermaid, and it's sure to be special.

Callbacks are March 16 & 17, 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Both options will be held at the CK Performing Arts Center (at CK High School), 10140 Frontier Place NW, Silverdale. For students under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian is required to attend the kickoff and auditions.
