Central Kitsap Schools has a new roadmap for the next five years!

Our school board approved our Strategic Plan 2026- 2031, which will guide our work and help us stay focused on what matters most: putting students first and helping them find their passion and achieve their dreams.

Our new plan builds on the four strategic goals that have guided our work in recent years, while updating our strategies and priority work.

Throughout the planning process, more than 1,200 students, staff, families, and community members shared their experiences, ideas, and hopes for CK Schools. The result is a five-year plan that reflects both where we are today and where we want to go together.

Over the next five years, the plan will help guide decisions and priorities across our district, and we'll continue sharing our progress along the way.
