Central Kitsap School District

Every year, Central Kitsap School District applies for federal Impact Aid funding. These funds compensate CKSD for the loss of local tax dollars from tax exempt federal property.
 
The results of our Impact Aid survey help support our request for these federal funds. This survey is critical to our district’s resources for students.We must receive information from each student. 
 
You can also complete the form online using the PowerSchool Parent Portal* as soon as possible. The online form is in English. If you prefer to complete a paper form in Spanish or Tagalog, you may pick one up at your school. Translation services are also available to help complete this form by calling 360-662-1040 (ext. 1724).
