Students age 12 years or older may soon be eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination.

Central Kitsap School District has a partnership with Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) to offer the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in our schools in May or June.

First, we have to find out who may be interested in receiving a vaccination. Once we determine the number of students interested at each school, we will send you more information regarding the upcoming clinics. Eligible families can expect an email with appointment information and forms the week of May 24, pending state and federal approval.

If you are interested in receiving a vaccine for your child who is 12 years or older, you may:

  • Set up an appointment through our partnership with PCHS by completing the corresponding form below by Wednesday, May 12:
    • Eligible Student Form (form has closed)

  • Schedule appointments on your own through the Vaccine Locator website
