Remote Learning April 1 and 2
All students will learn remotely on April 1 and 2
Posted on 03/29/2021

Thank you to the families who participated in our recent survey about our plans for April 1 and 2. The survey results (below) showed overwhelmingly that you would prefer knowing in advance how we will conduct instruction on April 1 and 2.

There will be no in-person instruction on Thursday, April 1, and Friday, April 2. All students will learn remotely on those days. This decision applies to all elementary students, as well as the secondary students who are back on our campuses (Tier III students and students receiving special education services).

Meals will still be provided to all students. They will be available at our
meal pickup sites.

As we shared last week, many of our employees will receive their second COVID-19 vaccination this Wednesday. Resulting side effects could impact our ability to provide in-person instruction on Thursday and Friday. Shifting those two days to fully remote will help us ensure we are able to provide instruction to all students.

Families whose children currently attend in-person instruction will be hearing from teachers this week with details about the plan for Thursday and Friday. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding.
