Children ages 5 years or older are now eligible for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination.

Families interested in the vaccine can make an appointment outside the school day at one of the clinics below. A parent or guardian must be present for a child to receive the vaccine.

Peninsula Community Health Services (PCHS) will offer the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine to Central Kitsap students ages 5 through 11 years old only at these evening clinics:

  • Barker Creek Community School, November 16, 2021, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
    (second dose offered here on December 7, 2021)
  • Klahowya Secondary School Commons, November 17, 2021, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
    (second dose offered here on December 8, 2021)
  • Central Kitsap High School Commons, November 18, 2021, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
    (second dose offered here on December 9, 2021)

If you are interested in receiving a vaccine for your child who is 5 to 11 years old, you may:

  • Request an appointment at one of the clinics listed above by Monday, November 15.
    • PCHS will send you an exact appointment time via text and/or email prior to the clinic date.
    • If possible, bring a completed consent form to your child’s appointment. Forms will be available at the clinic as well.
