Advisory Groups

We collaborate with our community to decide the future of our schools.  We ask for in-depth opinions through a variety of advisory groups and committees. Our school board appoints volunteers to advisory committees.

Enrichment Levy Advisory Panel

Members of this advisory panel help us plan for future budget choices. Their input is important as we make decisions about the collection of local levy dollars. No experience is required. The current advisory panel will meet four to five times between August 2021 and October 2021. To learn more, contact Sara Castro at [email protected].

Long-Range Facility Plan (LRFP) Committee

Our long-range facilities plan (pdf) describes the work necessary to provide the facilities our students need to succeed in the 21st century. It details the condition and needs of each of our facilities.

Our LRFP committee will look at our past plan, student demographics and growth, and capital projects funding. They’ll also help set priorities for future school modernization and improvements.

Facilities Infrastructure Review Committee (FIRC)

Members of our facilities committee help us look at the state of our buildings. They also help us plan for future work to create safe and supportive learning environments.

Technology Advisory Group

Our technology group helps us look at ways we can use new technologies to innovate in the classroom.
