This is your annual Notice of Reasonable Assurance to return as a classified substitute or guest teacher for the 2019-2020 school year. Carefully read each section below before submitting your response.

Notice of Reasonable Assurance

Regardless of whether you plan to substitute during the 2019-2020 school year, it is mandatory that you acknowledge this annual notice by submitting a response via the reasonable assurance form link below on or before Friday, May 31, 2019.

If your response is received by the deadline, your name will be entered into a drawing for one of 10 gift cards, courtesy of our associations, CKEA (Teachers) and CKESP (Classified). Good luck!

Sexual Misconduct Release Form

If you worked or substituted at other district(s) or private school(s) during this school year, you are required to complete a Sexual Misconduct Release Form for each of those districts and/or private schools.

  • Sexual Misconduct Form
    • Select the link above to print and complete as many copies of the form as needed
    • Or, stop by the Human Resources office to complete the forms
  • Submit forms to Substitute Facilitator, Jenica Schieb
    • Forms can be mailed, dropped off, or emailed to
    • Do not send the forms to other districts or private schools
